Rebirth 2012 is a co-created participatory event - literally dozens of people will be plugging in and volunteering to make it happen.  If everyone was extended work/trade or free entry for sharing their talents,  everyone would be on the "list" and there would be no income to meet event expenses. Like Burning Man, everyone is being asked to contribute financially by joining Maui Spiritual Congress, as well as to participate. This is, in effect, a sliding scale that encourages people to offer green energy at a level which is affordable to them. If you check Eventbrite, you'll see three different levels of membership to Maui Spiritual Congress: $44, $65, $108.  This membership allows participation in Rebirth 2012 for two days and nights (THIS IS MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE THAN ALMOST ANY OTHER SIMILAR EVENT OR FESTIVAL).  People with financial challenges are invited to join at the $44 level and do Seva in recognition of the discounted entry for such an amazing event and because its fun and intrinsically rewarding! (KARMA YOGA).  So please understand and budget for at least the $44 Seva Membership fee. Everyone will be working together to make this an EPIC event to be remembered.  Hope you join us.
